The Subroto Cup has its' own history and is also considered the most important tournament in India as this tournament not only provides the players to show their skills but also increases their chances to play at national and international levels. He is of the firm opinion that school teachers and Principals should prepare their own football teams for Subroto in such a manner that they can give tough competition to their opponents and the students can show their excellent skill sin football. They should not take Subroto Cup as just another tournament to beplayed for academic purpose of gaining marks but should take efforts to make their students good football players by giving them training under a well-versed football coach. This attitude will help India develop better football players.
